Gregory R. Suttmiller, CPA, CVA

Gregory R. Suttmiller, CPA, CVA, joined Catanese Group in 2006 as Manager. He was promoted to Senior Manager in July 2017, and became Partner in July 2018. Mr. Suttmiller is primarily responsible for supervising and managing multiple engagements and organizational teams and performing or supervising numerous first-year audit and tax clients. His areas of expertise are in the not-for-profit, governmental, manufacturing, and construction industries. During his career in public accounting, he has gained extensive experience with financial and compliance audits that include federal single audits, agreed-upon procedures, accounting consultations, and preparing federal and state income tax returns. Mr. Suttmiller attended the Business Valuation Certification and Training Center seminar sponsored by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) which supports the users of business intangible asset valuation services and financial forensic services. In 2008, he received their designation as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). He also supports and assists the firm’s Certified Fraud Examiners in fraud cases.
